Challenge
ValoraLife was committed to financial education for our consumer. Not only did we produce educational content in-house, but also worked with external partners that could provide an abundance of interactive financial tutorials on a wide range of topics. One of those partners was Everfi, an education technology innovator that empowers adult learners with the tools needed to be successful. For ValoraLife, it was important to promote the affiliation of the two companies.
Solution
I worked with PRnewswire to craft a press release which was distributed to national and local media outlets. The press release included details about the partnership between ValoraLife and Everfi, as well as the importance of empowering the Latino consumer.
Result
The press release was effective in promoting the partnership between the two organizations. More importantly, the content of the release was used to set the tone and establish the wording for future marketing communications regarding the online tutorials.
